The key priorities for Stamford Trading Technologies, LP. remain development of the partner program and support of the active Partners. Following this path, the Company has eased the requirements for receiving a bonus accrued upon a status-level achievement (the Chief Manager’s level and above).
In accordance with the new conditions, such a bonus will be accrued if a Partner (a candidate for a bonus) who has reached the status level of the Chief Manager (and above) has two Partners of the previous step of the career ladder in their structure. At the same time, one of those Partners should be immediately in the candidate’s first line, and another one — at any of the eight levels of their structure.
Thus, the conditions for receiving the bonus have become easier, which, in the opinion of the Company's management, allows more partners to receive a relevant award for the partner network development.
